WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?

We always do our best to ensure the timely delivery of all orders. Orders normally take 1-5 days to be fulfilled and shipped.

SHIPPING

Ground (2-7 days) – $15

SIGNATURE REQUIRED

To ensure the safety of your order, we require a signature of all orders over $500.

RETURN POLICY

If you would like to return or exchange an item purchased on Bryer & Eliot, please send us an email request for a return authorization within 14 days of delivery date. All returns must be shipped back to us within 7 days of the request approval.

Products must be in the condition they were shipped to be accepted for a refund.

A shipping fee will be deducted from the total amount. This price is based on the weight of the return.

Products that are marked down from the original price are not eligible for return/exchange.

We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet our policies and unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

DISCOUNT CODES & PRICE ADJUSTMENTS

Promo or Discount codes that are applied to original or full price product can be returned for a refund or exchange.

Promo or Discount codes that are applied to Final Sale or markdown product is not eligible for return or exchange

Price adjustments can be made within a 14 day time period from when the order is placed

We do not offer price adjustments for items that are purchased at a sale or marked down price or do not offer price adjustments to match other retailers

DAMAGES & REPAIRS

We offer Free Repairs for Life for our Blue Line products.
