Refund policy

If you would like to return or exchange an item purchased on Bryer & Eliot, please send us an email request for a return authorization within 14 days of the delivery date. All returns must be shipped back to us within 7 days of the request approval.

Products must be in the condition they were shipped to be accepted for a refund.

A shipping fee will be deducted from the total amount. This price is based on the weight of the return.

Products that are marked down from the original price are not eligible for return/exchange.

We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet our policies and unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
